Case Study
Ravenna Country Club came to Horizen at a defining moment, completing a multi-year evolution from a modest golf operation into one of the nation’s most respected private golf and lifestyle communities, capped by the opening of its new clubhouse (“Villa Ravenna”), a 25,000-square-foot architectural centerpiece and community hub.
Rather than creating a standard promotional film, we developed an authority and heritage piece that anchored Ravenna’s identity in its past, celebrated its transformation, and articulated a bold vision for the future. This cinematic narrative wove together the club’s story of grit, craftsmanship, and community - from the early days and construction challenges to the clubhouse as a symbol of legacy, belonging, and aspirational lifestyle.
Through strategic storytelling, compelling interviews, and carefully crafted visual language, the film elevated Ravenna’s presence in the market, strengthened emotional connection with current members, and positioned the club as a destination of choice for prospective members. The resulting work serves as a cornerstone for brand storytelling and communications around membership growth, community engagement, and long-term vision.
