Case Study

The founders of Willow House came to Horizen with a clear vision to build more than just another coffee shop, but they needed a unifying brand story to express what connection, hospitality, and nourishment truly meant within their space. Through a consulting-first engagement, Horizen helped articulate the founders’ intentions and positioning around themes of strength, resilience, and belonging, inspired by the symbolism of the willow tree.


From this strategic foundation, we developed a series of cinematic brand films and a visual, environmental, and narrative system that translated those values into the physical and digital experience of Willow House - capturing the warmth of the space, the generosity of its hosts, and the inviting energy that defines every visit. The resulting brand identity and storytelling toolkit support Willow House’s goals to grow local awareness, deepen community engagement, and establish a lasting, values-driven presence in its neighborhood.
